I love to laugh and make others laugh (that's why I'm a standup comic), adore the arts, reading, writing, painting, politics, good food, extensive travel (favorite cities: New York, San Francisco, London, Paris), politics (I'm an active Democrat), the outdoors and great conversation. I'm passionate, romantic and compassionate with the people I let into my life. I appreciate and understand the words "love" and "friend " -- nor do I use them lightly. I have been living in Los Angeles for a little while and have yet to meet a man with whom I can have an enjoyable conversation, not to mention be able to look in the eyes (or up, for that matter). So I've recently became the owner of one cute Abyssinnian cat named "Moses". Although the conversations are a bit one-sided, he makes up for it in complete adoration of me. I am looking for a long-term relation with a man who is self-assured and knows not only where he's going but more importantly, where he's been. Intelligent, spiritual, giving, sensitive, passionate, a world traveller with a fantastic sense of humour, romantic, kind, tall (at least 6'2" ), successful, secure, athletic, loves life and really believes in participating in it fully. He shouldn't be afraid to laugh at himself, and he should have compassion for others. Drive and ambition are fine, but he has to know how to play hard as well as work hard.
