The three things I am most passionate about are family, food, and travel. My adult children (plus their friends) also share my excitement about food, especially when I am doing the cooking. I think great cuisine begins with basic knowledge of what ingredients work well together, but after that, we are only limited by our creativity! When I am not feeding the clan, I enjoy trying new restaurants. The more exotic the dish, the happier I am to give it a try. Nothing goes better with good food than excellent conversation and, of course, a fine wine. During dinner, we can discuss everything else we are passionate about!
