I truly believe that money can't create chemistry, and I would never pay someone just to be with me. However, the benefits of being with someone who is successful and compassionate can certainly smooth away many of the rough patches in any type of relationship. I just moved to Times Square/Theater District and in the middle of the madness my building has the 2 things I suck at - golf and pool - lol and a ton of other amenities, that make it nice to spend the weekend here. I also like nice restaurants (I have over 200 restaurants within 3 blocks of me), Broadway shows, going to the dog run and/or volunteering at the animal shelter, any outdoor sports, lounges, hot tubs, and weekend getaways to parts of the world that are off the beaten path. I stay in great shape, although I do tend to find my way to the Yodel (Ho-Ho's to those west of the Mississippi) section of the supermarket on a frequent basis. I also have a sensual, wild side, but for that, you will have to wait and see. I am not desperate and would sooner be single than be unhappily married or in a bad relationship.
